You can pick up our Admissions Application at the school office, or you can download the PDF from the "Downloadable Forms" section.
Step 2: Pay the Enrollment Fee
The Enrollment Fee is due with the submission of the Admissions Application. (Please see our Tuition and Fees Form).
Step 3: Set Up Your FACTS Account
You will receive an email invite from FACTS Management—our online tuition payment system.
